You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Developer Relations, and Solutions Engineering teams to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for APIs, SDKs, Web3 services, and integration workflows.\nIn this role, you will develop API references, integration guides, quick-start tutorials, code samples, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation that enable developers to successfully integrate with Liminal's platform. You will also play a key role in continuously improving our developer portal and documentation ecosystem, ensuring it remains comprehensive, up to date, and aligned with evolving product capabilities.\nResponsibilities:\nWrite and maintain public-facing API documentation, developer guides, and integration tutorials.\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical features into developer-friendly documentation.\nEnsure API usability and clarity by creating structured, well-organized documentation.\nMaintain OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation and ensure accuracy.\nDevelop code examples, API workflows, and troubleshooting guides.\nContinuously improve documentation based on developer feedback, analytics, and support queries.\nAlign documentation updates with new product releases and API changes.\nImplement best practices for documentation versioning, SEO, and accessibility.\nAssist in creating video walkthroughs, API onboarding tutorials, and technical blogs.\nDesired Candidate Profile:\n4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in an API-first product.\nHands-on experience in writing public-facing developer documentation.\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI (Swagger), and API documentation tools.\nAbility to read and write code snippets (JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or similar).\nExperience with developer portals (e.g., GitBook, ReadMe, Docusaurus, or similar).\nProficiency with Markdown, AsciiDoc, or other documentation tools.\nExperience with Postman, API testing tools, and developer environments.\nStrong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for developers and non-technical users.\nGood to Have:\nStartup experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nFamiliarity with crypto, blockchain, Web3, or DeFi APIs.\nExperience working with Git and version control for documentation.\nBackground in software development or engineering.\nExperience in setting up CI/CD workflows for automated documentation updates.\nAbout Liminal : Liminal Custody is a digital asset management infrastructure platform, offering secure wallet infrastructure and custody-technology solutions for institutions across the digital asset spectrum.
