The core platform for finance and procurement is already in place - this phase is about designing and implementing the business processes and procedures that will support future industrial operations.\nThis is a business-led implementation programme. You will design the business processes from the ground up and make sure they are effectively implemented in SAP and connected digital systems. The role is leadership-oriented and business-facing rather than purely technical - the emphasis is on driving process design, coordination and alignment, not on deep SAP specialist expertise.\nScope\nThe initial focus is the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process:\nSales and order management\n\nProduct costing\n\nLogistics and delivery\n\nCommercial processes\n\nInvoicing and settlement\n\nThe role also covers related processes:\nProcurement\n\nMaterial handling and inventory transactions\n\nProduction-related processes\n\nQuality and material movements\n\nMaster data, integrations and interfaces with production-adjacent systems\n\nResponsibilities\nLead the programme from planning and process design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilisation.\n\nCoordinate business functions, process owners, subject matter experts, digital teams, architects, vendors and implementation partners.\n\nLead workshops and drive alignment on new business processes and procedures.\n\nEnsure processes work seamlessly across operations, sales, logistics, procurement, finance and commercial functions.\n\nManage scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, resources and milestones.\n\nPresent progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.\n\nEnsure data, integrations, testing, training, change management and operational readiness are addressed.\n\nBuild alignment and adoption among business stakeholders and end users.\n\nRequirements (must-haves)\nMore than 10 years of relevant experience.\n\nStrong leadership with the ability to make decisions and, above all, orchestrate experts, functions and stakeholders toward common goals.\n\nExperience leading complex ERP implementation programmes or large-scale business process transformation initiatives.\n\nExperience designing and implementing processes across multiple business functions.\n\nExperience with Order-to-Cash, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics or similar operational processes.\n\nA background in manufacturing, process industry, heavy industry, energy, chemicals, mining or another operationally complex environment.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders, business experts and end users.\n\nProven change management capabilities that drive alignment and adoption.\n\nExperience managing implementation partners, risks, dependencies, testing activities and delivery governance.\n\nA solid understanding of enterprise IT: architecture, integration platforms, software development and testing.\n\nThe ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure in greenfield environments where processes and responsibilities are created for the first time.\n\nWillingness to spend significant time on-site in Northern Sweden as well as in Stockholm.\n\nMeritorious\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA (an advantage, but not essential).\n\nExperience from metals or steel production.\n\nExperience with end-to-end flows from supply chain and production through to customer fulfilment in complex industrial operations.\n\nThis role is likely not a fit if you\nHave experience limited to PMO coordination or administrative project management.\n\nHave only managed a technical SAP workstream without owning business process design and implementation.\n\nLack experience working across multiple business functions.\n\nHave no background in manufacturing, process industry or another operationally complex environment.\n\nAre not comfortable leading workshops and facilitating decisions with senior stakeholders.\n\nAre unwilling to spend significant time on-site in Northern Sweden.\n\nLocation\nNorthern Sweden and Stockholm.
