environment.\nReport abnormalities, deviations, and equipment issues to the supervisor.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives.\nConduct home visits/off-site assignments when required based on business or project needs.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.\nFresh graduates are welcome.\nBasic knowledge of chemistry, laboratory practices, GMP/GLP, and safety.\nGood Microsoft Office and English skills.\nStrong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to follow procedures and work in a structured environment.\nFlexible to conduct home visits/off-site assignments based on business
