This role provides day-to-day guidance and support to Scheduling Coordinators, promotes team accountability, and ensures that all open cases and staffing needs are actively addressed. Working closely with the Care Manager, the Lead Care Coordinator monitors team performance, reinforces staffing priorities, identifies operational challenges, and helps implement solutions to improve staffing efficiency and continuity of care.
