This role provides the opportunity to work with children ages 0-21 and help them develop functional skills while building confidence and independence.\nIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families, we'd love to hear from you!\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental and functional needs.\nLead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, including feeding, social skills, handwriting, preschool, motor, and life skills groups.\nCollaborate with families and other professionals to support each child's goals and development.\nDevelop and implement individualized home programs.\nMonitor and document progress while celebrating milestones and successes along the way.\nParticipate in team meetings and collaborate with other clinicians to support high-quality patient care.\nWhat You Bring\nCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a valid Washington State license.\nAssociate's degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.\nCurrent CPR certification.\nA playful, creative spirit and genuine compassion for working with children and families.\nStrong understanding of child development and the progression of functional skills.\nFamiliarity with neurodiversity-affirming clinical practices and a commitment to supporting children and families through this approach.\nFlexible, team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.\nExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within a supportive multidisciplinary team.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
