In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain efficient network and system solutions for small to medium-sized businesses.\nThe ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, brings strong Managed Service Provider (MSP) expertise, and excels at building positive relationships with clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Support & Solution Alignment: Interface directly with clients to address IT business needs, collaborating with team members to design solutions aligned with business requirements.\nMicrosoft 365 & Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement Microsoft 365 environments, analyze tenant settings, and standardize configurations based on security frameworks.\nNetwork Design & Security: Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure-including firewalls, switches, and VPNs-ensuring full compliance with security standards.\nTroubleshooting & Service Management: Swiftly diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues to minimize downtime. Accurately log, track, and manage support tickets and time entry.\nRemote Management & Automation: Utilize RMM tools to deploy patches, service packs, and firmware updates.
