由交付负责人统筹多项目。\n2. 需求与技术判断：对接客户需求并判断技术可行性与边界，把需求拆成可交付的功能清单和里程碑; 直接与研发、算法、测试、部署团队共同确定技术方案、软硬件接口与排期，能独立评估工作量、识别关键路径和风险。\n3. 把控研发节奏：依靠技术理解而非行政流程，跟进研发进展、判断\"做不了/要延期\"的真实原因，与研发讨论技术取舍和替代方案，必要时推动资源调整和升级，确保节奏可控; 具体实现由研发完成。\n4. 现场问题闭环：能在客户现场快速判断软硬件、网络、系统集成类问题的方向，组织研发与客户/电信/合作方联调解决，对需求变更和技术取舍做现场判断。\n5. 商务与交付物：把控交付范围、验收标准、验收签字与回款节点，主导项目计划、技术方案、验收报告、交接文档等关键交付物。\n6. 客户与沉淀：维护客户关系，在现场为客户讲清机器人能力边界与使用方式，管理客户预期; 复盘项目，沉淀可复用的交付方案和技术标准。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、机械电子、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。\n2. 5 年以上机器人/自动驾驶/智能硬件/自动化行业的技术或技术项目管理经验，有研发、系统集成、算法、测试或解决方案中任一类的实际技术经历，能与研发平等对话。\n3. 软硬件结合的技术理解力（不要求亲自实现，但要都能看懂、能判断）：\n- 软件/算法侧：理解机器人系统架构，了解感知、运动控制、遥操、导航或 AI 等基本原理，能看懂功能实现逻辑与依赖; \n- 硬件/系统集成侧：理解算力、相机、传感器、网络（5G/局域网/视频传输）、电源、装配等系统集成要点，能判断现场硬件/网络问题方向。\n4. 独立负责过复杂项目或客户现场交付，能独当一面、对技术方案和交付结果拍板; 能并行管理多个项目者优先。\n5. 熟悉里程碑、风险、变更、验收等项目管理方法，能写清楚技术方案和交付文档。\n6. 能适应出差或驻场，在客户现场独立开展工作。\n7. 责任心强，把\"项目按时高质量交付\"当作自己的作品;
