\n6. 负责驱动器硬件样机调试、性能测试、故障定位及可靠性验证，参与机器人整机集成、系统联调和认证测试; \n7. 统筹硬件EMC/EMI、热管理、SI/PI、电源完整性及安规设计优化，分析并解决产品开发和认证过程中的复杂硬件问题; \n8. 负责驱动硬件失效分析、风险评估和迭代优化，协同嵌入式软件、控制算法、结构及测试团队推进产品开发; \n9. 负责产品生产导入及量产技术支持，对接元器件、PCB/PCBA供应商和第三方测试机构，输出完整的生产文件、测试规范及质量标准; \n10. 参与驱动硬件技术平台建设、设计规范制定及技术评审，指导团队成员完成相关设计工作。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息、自动化、电力电子等相关专业; \n2. 5年以上电机驱动、伺服驱动器或机器人关节控制器硬件开发经验，具备产品从方案设计到量产落地的完整项目经验; \n3. 具备扎实的模拟电路、数字电路及电力电子基础，熟悉常见功率变换拓扑和电机驱动控制原理; \n4. 能够独立完成大电流、高功率密度驱动电路的原理图设计、PCB布局布线、样机调试和问题闭环; \n5. 熟悉MOSFET、IGBT、SiC等功率器件的性能参数、驱动方式、损耗计算、热设计、失效机理及选型方法; \n6. 熟悉PMSM、BLDC电机驱动硬件电路，具备高精度电流采样、母线电压采样、隔离驱动及硬件保护电路设计经验; \n7. 熟悉EtherCAT、CAN FD等工业总线的电气接口设计，掌握磁编码器、电感编码器、力传感器等信号采集接口开发; \n8. 熟悉EMC/EMI、SI/PI、电源完整性、热管理、静电防护及安规设计，具备相关认证测试和整改经验; \n9. 熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、功率分析仪、电子负载等测试设备，具备较强的复杂硬件问题定位和失效分析能力; \n10. 熟悉PCB、SMT及PCBA生产工艺，具备供应商协同、生产导入、试产跟线和量产问题处理经验; \n11. 熟悉常规散热方案设计\n12. 具备较强的技术判断力、系统思维和跨部门协作能力，责任心强，有自驱力，能够推动复杂问题闭环。\n优先条件\n1. 有机器人关节伺服驱动器、协作机器人或人形机器人驱动产品量产经验者优先;
