5年以上招聘相关工作经验。\n2、行业背景：具备高科技、智能硬件、机器人或AI行业招聘经验者优先，熟悉技术类岗位的人才画像与寻访路径。\n3、交付能力：具备扎实的招聘交付实操经验，有中高层及核心技术岗位的成功交付案例。\n4、项目能力：具备丰富的项目管理经验，能独立操盘招聘专项从0到1的落地，具备较强的项目统筹与推动能力。\n5、数据与逻辑：对数据高度敏感，具备优秀的数据分析能力与逻辑思维能力，能通过数据洞察驱动决策。\n6、沟通与协同：具备出色的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力。\n7、加分项：有从0到1搭建招聘体系或优化招聘流程的成功案例;
