Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, deliver TA metrics/reporting, and drive employer branding initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria
• Post vacancies, source candidates (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and feedback collection
• Manage offer negotiation, extension, and pre-boarding handover
• Maintain candidate pipeline in ATS with accurate, up-to-date records

2. TA Metrics & Reporting

• Track and report core KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, candidate drop-off rate
• Build monthly/quarterly TA dashboards for leadership
• Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Maintain hiring forecast vs. actuals tracking

3. Employer Branding

• Support career page, social media, and job posting content aligned with EVP
• Represent company at job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events
• Contribute to employee testimonial/content campaigns
• Monitor employer review platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and support response strategy

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring
• Experience with hiring blue collars and/or in FMCGs is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong data/Excel skills for reporting and analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in conducting CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly

• Quality of hire (post-6-month retention/performance)
