transfers, contract renewals, and separation processes.\n· Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation while maintaining data integrity within HR systems.\n· Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor legislation.\n· Coordinate with Payroll and Total Rewards to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing of HR transactions.\n· Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and other workforce metrics.\nEmployee Relations\n· Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and support managers in resolving workplace issues.\n· Conduct investigations when required and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.\nFoster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR
