Description :\nCarry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime. \n Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly, performing root cause analysis ands executing necessary harvest). \nPrioritize maintenance tasks based on production schedules and operational urgency. \nCoordinate closely with production and quality teams for planned shutdowns. \nMonitor and maintain utilities including air compressors, steam network, cooling and HVAC systems. \nEnsure all utilities operate within defined performance and safety parameters. \nAdhere to food safety and hygiene standards during maintenance interventions. \nUse appropriate cleaning and disinfection procedures before and after work on production lines \nMaintain specific mechanical compliance items under hygiene standards: Lube-free pneumatics, food-grade lubricant usage, and sanitary welding standards.\nMonitor Spare parts consumption and raise requests to replenish critical stock. \nContribute to cost control by optimizing spare parts usage and identifying alternatives where applicable. \nIdentify recurring failures and propose solutions to improve equipment reliability. \nParticipate in root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and engineering modifications. \nApply Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO), PPE, and other safety measures during maintenance work. \nReport and escalate safety risks or equipment abnormalities promptly. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering \n1-3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in food processing, FMCG, or agricultural products.\nProven experience with maintenance of conveyors, Production lines , Xray, AHUs, Cooling units, sorters, metal detectors, mixers, chocolate production line , baking systems, and packaging lines. \nWorking knowledge of utilities such as compressors, chillers, pumps\nFamiliarity with food safety requirements (e.g., hygiene design, equipment sanitation) in maintenance work.\nExperience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and basic troubleshooting tools. \n Additional certificates in maintenance systems (e.g., TPM, CMMS) are considered a plus\nBenefits\nMedical
