dates is highly preferred.\n Strong knowledge of Medjool date quality standards.\n Understanding of post-harvest handling and storage practices.\n Knowledge of export quality specifications.\n Familiarity with food safety systems (HACCP, GlobalG.A.P., ISO 22000 is an advantage).\n Excellent inspection and reporting skills.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n Attention to detail.\n Effective communication and negotiation skills.\n Ability to travel frequently to supplier farms.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
