Summary:\nThe Senior Quality Engineerwill be responsible for Maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system and ensuring that all production processes and finished products comply with company standards, customer requirements, food safety regulations, and applicable international standards.\nJob Description :\nSupervise and guide quality Engineers and quality specialists during daily quality activities \nMonitor quality performance across receiving, sorting, washing, pitting, processing, refrigerators, packing, and finished products areas \nEnsure compliance with approved specifications, SOPs, GMP, HACCP, PRPs, and food safety requirements. \nReview and verify quality inspection records. \nLead investigation of quality deviations, non-conformities, customer complaints, and product defects by conducting root cause analysis and follow up on CAPA implementation and effectiveness.\nMonitor CCPs, OPRPs, and critical quality parameters as applicable. \nParticipate in internal, customer certifications, and regulatory audits and follow up on corrective actions resulting from audits and inspections.\nSupport implementation of quality improvement and continuous improvement projects and review of SOPs, Work instructions, specification, and quality form.\nCoordinate with production, warehouse, maintenance and other departments to resolve quality issues. \nEnsure proper calibration and verification of inspection and measuring equipment.\nProvide technical coaching and on-job training to quality team members.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in food science Agricultura, science or a related field\n Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, PRPs, CCPs and OPRPs\n Good Knowledge of ISO 22000/FSSC and ISO 9001 \nGood command of Microsoft Office \n4-7
