Ability to interact and communicate at all levels of organization.\nConsiderable knowledge of electric motors, generators, pumps, pressure systems, water system, HVAC and other equipment and systems of the maintenance trades.\nAbility to plan and design projects, work from sketches, blueprints, and manuals.,\nConsiderable knowledge of the principles of mechanical equipment design and fabrication. \nStrong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
