INR 40000*\n\nAdditional Performance incentives: Up to INR 16000\n*The remuneration is estimated for a group of 35 students for a 4-week unit that requires ~5-6 hours of effort per week)\n\nProfessional Benefits\nOpportunity to work with globally recognised universities\n\nExposure to international student cohorts\n\nCollaboration with experienced university faculty\n\nAccess to specialised training in online education\n\nContinuous mentorship and professional development\n\nEnhancement of cross-cultural and interpersonal capabilities\n\nHigh performing educators typically get repeat opportunities throughout the year.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nThe LINC Fellow is expected to:\nProvide subject matter guidance to a cohort of 30-35 undergraduate students\n\nDeliver a weekly two-hour lecture scheduled between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM IST on either Monday or Tuesday\n\nBe available to conduct a proctored quiz or conduct a live Q&A session on Wednesday or Thursday (if required)\n\nGrade student assignments and provide detailed feedback each week\n\nGuide students on course content and assessments\n\nSupport students in developing academic skills such as writing, research, and time management\n\nDeliver timely, proactive, and personalised support to student queries(within 6-hours every day)\n\nEngagement with students will take place via email, webinars, and online platforms (Moodle) within defined availability hours.\nKey skills:\nInformation Systems Security\n\nProfessional, Ethical, and Legal Issues in Systems Security\n\nRisk Management\n\nSecurity Breach and Its Repercussions\n\nSecurity Tools\n\nDesired candidate profile:\nDoctoral Qualification or Master’s in Cybersecurity/ICT-related field with distinction or first class from a top university.\n\nMust have3+ years of teaching experience in related courses.\n\nMust possess2+ years of professional experience in corporate in the field of Information systems.\n\nMust be familiar with current academic and business communication practices, referencing styles, AI usage, and academic integrity policies.\n\nEmpathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse culture;\n\nProficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication\n\nMust possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;\n\nAbility to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students including host university’s LMS and LINC trac (training on these platforms will be provided).\n\nTechnical Requirements\nPersonal laptop\n\nHigh-speed internet connection (>10 Mbps)\n\nAvailability Requirements\nThe candidate is expected to be available 7 days a week, during which they may put in 2-3 hours of work based on student needs and marking load.\nNext Steps: Interested applicants are requested to apply for the role.
