They should be able to support students in developing Python programs using fundamental programming concepts, managing data and files, analysing business data using NumPy and Pandas, creating visualisations with Matplotlib, and developing basic graphical user interfaces for business applications.\nKey Skills Required\nPython programming\n\nPython data structures and file handling\n\nObject-oriented programming (OOP)\n\nBusiness data analytics\n\nNumPy and Pandas\n\nMatplotlib and data visualisation\n\nBusiness process automation\n\nGraphical User Interface (GUI) development\n\nTkinter / PyQt / wxPython\n\nData-driven decision-making\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\nPG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India;\n\nAt least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in the relevant fields at a leading university or college (Note: Candidates with formal teaching experience at a university or college are preferred);\n\nEmpathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;\n\nProficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication\n\nMust possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;\n\nAbility to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).\n\nThe candidate needs to be available between 2.30 pm to 7 pm IST everyday.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nLINC Fellows will be responsible for providing:\nSubject matter guidance to a group of 25-30 undergraduate online students;\n\nSupport in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management;\n\n1:1 and small group tutoring sessions;\n\nGuidance on relevant reference material;\n\nAssessment marking with long-form feedback\n\nManagement of discussion forums;
