announcements, newsletters, leadership communications and employee campaigns.\nSupport communication initiatives that strengthen employee awareness and engagement.\nCoordinate with different functions to collect, edit and publish relevant company updates.\nWrite and edit internal articles, presentations, newsletter, web content and other communication collateral.\nTranslate technical and business information into simple, audience-friendly stories.\nMaintain high standards of English, accuracy, consistency and brand tone.\nSupport B2B social media content, particularly LinkedIn.\nManage editorial/content calendars and coordinate timely publication.\nSupport website and landing-page content creation and updates.\nManage, organize business events, conferences\nCreate designs, artworks in Canva\nSupport the development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns and customer-facing communication.\nAssist with press releases, media materials and external communication activities.\nCoordinate with agencies/designers/vendors where required.\nWork closely with Marketing, Sales, HR, technical teams and other stakeholders.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s/master’s degree in mass communication, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or a related discipline.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Content Marketing or a related field.\nStrong professional English writing, editing and proofreading capability.\nExperience creating both internal and external communications.\nExposure to B2B or engineering/technology organizations would be an advantage.\nFamiliarity with CMS, digital analytics, SEO and content optimization tools.\nKey
