In this role, you will support the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of project control processes, systems, and reporting solutions across our international project portfolio.\nYou will act as a trusted partner to Project Controls and other Commercial teams, helping to ensure project transparency, reliable forecasting, and data-driven decision-making throughout all project phases. The role combines business process expertise, SAP Project System and other related technical know how, project control methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.\nYour Responsibilities\nAnalyse and customize SAP related project controls processes\nDevelop and improve project control processes, related tools, and governance standards\nSupport project teams to best execute planning and controlling of Cost, Schedule, Progress, Forecasts\nDesign and help maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions\nSupport implementation and optimization of project management and reporting systems\nCoordinate requirements between business stakeholders and IT teams\nSupporting further global SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout activities\nOrganize user training and provide expert support to project teams\nNote: Linde Engineering is already running on S/4 HANA\nYour Profile\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in: Business Administration\nFinance\nProject Management\nInformation Systems\nOr a comparable qualification\n\nProfessional Experience\n3 years+ experience in (supporting) Project Controls and SAP Project Systems \nProven track record in implementing and supporting SAP PS (and the SAP CO integration)\nExperience in EPC, industrial, engineering, construction, or plant projects is advantageous\nUnderstanding of forecasting, earned value management and project performance measurement\nTechnical Skills & Knowledge\nSAP PS (and CO) configuration and customizing knowledge \nOptional: SAP S/4HANA Project System experience\nOptional: SAP PRM & SAC knowledge\nPreferred: SAP ABAP knowledge / understanding\nUnderstanding of project accounting and percentage-of-completion concepts \nExperience supporting international project organizations and global rollouts \nKnowledge of digitalization and process automation initiatives is beneficial\nPersonal Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset\nAbility to translate business requirements into effective solutions\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStructured and independent working style\nTeam-oriented and
