In this role, you will support the implementation, optimization, and continuous development of SAP Sales and Distribution and Contract Management processes across the organization.\nYou will act as a trusted partner to our Contract Management and other Commercial teams, helping to ensure transparency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making throughout all project phases. The role combines business process expertise, SAP Sales & Distribution and other related technical know how, commercial overall knowledge & methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.\nYour Responsibilities\nAnalyse and customize SAP related processes with the focus on SD (but also system integration)\nDevelop and improve contract management processes, related tools, and governance standards\nDesign and help maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions\nAct as the business partner for commercial and contract-related process requirements\nCoordinate requirements between business stakeholders and IT teams\nSupporting further global SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout activities\nSupporting interfaces between SAP SD, FI/CO, Project Systems, Document Management, Salesforce and other Contract Management solutions\nOrganize user training and provide expert support to project teams\nNote: Linde Engineering is already running on S/4 HANA\nYour Profile\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in: Business Administration\nInformation Systems\nOr a comparable qualification\n\nProfessional Experience\n3 years+ experience in (supporting) Contract Management and / or Sales Departments as well as SAP SD \nProven track record in implementing and supporting SAP SD (and the SAP integration)\nExperience with Contract Lifecycle, Commercial Management, or Contract Administration processes\nExperience in EPC, industrial, engineering, construction, or plant projects is advantageous\nTechnical Skills & Knowledge\nSAP SD configuration and customizing knowledge \nOptional: other SAP S/4HANA Tools like “Service”\nOptional: Datasphere & SAC knowledge\nPreferred: SAP ABAP knowledge / understanding\nExperience in business process analysis and solution design\nExperience supporting international project organizations and global rollouts \nKnowledge of digitalization and process automation initiatives is beneficial\nPersonal Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset\nAbility to translate business requirements into effective solutions\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nStructured and
