As a trusted partner to our CFO and cross-functional leaders, you’ll bring financial clarity to the decisions that shape our growth and build an accounting organization that helps us scale responsibly.\nYou’ll lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, modernizing operations through AI, automation, and more efficient processes while maintaining strong internal controls in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nThe Impact You’ll Drive\nLead global accounting operations, including the month-end close, record-to-report cycle, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.\nEstablish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulatory and statutory reporting requirements in the U.S. and internationally.\nLead and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a distributed organization.\nModernize accounting operations through AI, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.\nPartner with the CFO on tax strategy, overseeing its implementation and managing indirect tax compliance across applicable jurisdictions.\nLead accounting integration and valuation activities related to mergers and acquisitions.\nPartner with FP&A on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and related accruals to support informed business decisions.\nOversee external audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective coordination with independent auditors.\nHow You’ll Shape Our Future\nAt Linden, we celebrate all the dimensions of diversity, including diversity of experience. This midpoint represents the amount the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire.\nBase salary is the only form of cash compensation for this role; it does not include variable or bonus pay. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible to be considered for awards under our Equity Incentive Plan (EIP) and receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
