The ideal candidate will have a track record of strong business development and closing new business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys selling new business, developing strong partnerships, and helping a company grow and expand into new industries and markets. The successful candidate must be able to work hand in hand with operations to provide a customer experience that develops into repeat business.\nProducts\nExamples of products include utility structures, box culverts, arches, tunnels, three-sided structures, junction chambers, foundations, and converting cast-in-place concrete to precast solutions.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDeliver sales growth and develop new opportunities.\nDevelop new opportunities in other industries, including energy, data centers, industrial, and transportation.\nEstablish contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads.\nBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop customer trust and confidence.\nEffectively position the Company’s products and services as the solution to the client’s needs.\nIdentify and recommend new or enhanced products or service features by soliciting client feedback, monitoring industry trends, and tracking the competitive environment to drive growth.\nNegotiate contracts and utilize successful order-closing strategies to secure orders.\nPreferred Requirements\nA Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business is a plus.\nThree years of related experience.\nPrevious experience in construction, engineering, electrical engineering, or technology industries.\nWillingness to travel as needed.\nStrong understanding of materials and product drawings.\nDemonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.\nSelf-motivated with the desire to grow.\nAbout Lindsay Family of Brands\nLindsay Family of Brands is a PE-backed infrastructure company building a leading North American platform across precast concrete, integrated solar and energy solutions, and specialty tank systems.
