This role develops supply and production plans that align with customer demand while optimizing inventory levels, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and service performance.\nThe Co-Pack Planner leverages SAP IBP for long-term supply planning and SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) to create and manage detailed production schedules across Lindt Canada's third-party manufacturing network.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain co-pack supply plans in SAP IBP based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.\nCreate and optimize detailed production schedules in SAP PPDS to maximize capacity utilization and customer service levels.\nConvert supply plans into production orders and release them to co-pack partners based on inventory requirements and material availability.\nMonitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing demand, material shortages, and capacity constraints.\nPartner closely with Demand Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align supply plans with customer requirements and service objectives.\nLead weekly co-pack planning meetings to review production schedules, establish priorities, resolve constraints, and mitigate supply risks.\nAnalyze and communicate insights related to inventory, capacity utilization, production performance, shortages, and excess stock.\nSupport new product launches, product transitions, and promotional initiatives through collaboration with Packaging Development, Master Data, and cross-functional teams.\nMaintain accurate planning parameters and master data within SAP S/4HANA and related planning systems.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, scheduling efficiency, and system effectiveness.\nOwn co-pack planning KPIs and lead corrective actions to improve service levels, inventory health, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.\nServe as the primary backup for the Material Planner as required.\nRequirements:\nPost-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, scheduling, or a manufacturing environment.\nExperience developing production schedules, managing capacity constraints, and balancing inventory targets using SAP PPDS or comparable ERP planning and scheduling systems.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP preferred.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nResults-oriented with a focus on customer service, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nRewards Package\nThe standard hiring range for this role is $67,000-$84,000K CAD per annum with a 10% performance-based bonus.
