During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members. Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry. If you’re driven by innovation, inspired by quality, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment, this is the place for you.\nBased at Lindt USA headquarters in Stratham, New Hampshire, interns and co-ops are expected to work onsite four to five days per week, depending on the role.\nPosition Purpose:\nAs the HR intern, you will work closely with the Recruitment and Learning & Development teams to support critical projects in these respective areas across the employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to support a new interview framework and how we assess and onboard top talent. Additionally, the HR intern will be a part of creating learning experiences that enable employees and managers to grow and support a learning module implementation through WorkDay. This internship is ideal for a student interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or a related field.\nEssential Job Functions & Responsibilities:\n2027 Key Project Work\nSupport the standardized interview framework and practical hiring resources to support consistent, effective hiring decisions. Including but not limited to: developing presentation decks; providing support in training sessions and measuring participation.\nSupport the next phase of recruiting and learning experience improvements, including process enhancements, communications, and leadership development program content. \nContribute to additional HR priorities based on business needs, as well as the intern’s interests and strengths. \nAdditional ad-hoc tasks as required.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nExperience:\nPrior internship and/or project focused process and results oriented positions\nDemonstrated proficiency with a computer and with MS software\nCuriosity, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. \nInterest in recruiting, employee development, learning, or broader employee experience. \nExperience using Microsoft Office; experience with HR, survey, or design tools is a plus. \nSkills & Knowledge:\nStrong Project Management skills are required\nPrior experience with applicant tracking tools, learning resources and automation software highly preferred\nAttention to attention to details with strong organization, communication, collaboration skills.\nEducation:\nEnrolled in an accredited University Degree Program as a rising junior or senior (or recent grad) - ideally in an HR, Talent or Learning & Development concentration\nTotal Rewards:\nCompensation: $20 per hour\nApplicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions.
