By helping us connect with chocolate lovers around the globe, you'll play an integral role in our mission to make the world a sweeter place.\nAbout the role:\nWe’re looking for energetic, vibrant individuals to help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate within our Grocery Channel (Woolworths, Coles, Independents). This would cover Moonee Ponds and Watergardens areas.\nAs a Merchandiser, you will support the Field Sales team in spreading the word about Lindt by:\nBuilding strong relationships with our customers in a designated territory\nBuilding POS (bins), to display Lindt products.\nMerchandising Lindt products at shelf e.g. Facing up, ticketing, investigating out of stocks and stocking shelves \nStock rotation / cleaning / maintenance\nIdentifying in-store display opportunities to drive increased brand exposure and sales volumes.\nSupporting your Area Manager with Preselling of the plan and negotiation of display locations \nRecording promotional compliance through CRM system\nExecuting merchandising standards of excellence\nReporting back on store and consumer insights\nPut simply, our Merchandisers ensure we get noticed and that our chocolate is front and centre - available for all to enjoy!\nWhat you will bring:\nAn interest in working in retail as a sales representative\nConfidence and commitment to work autonomously\nAbility to build strong customer relationships\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to productively plan and organise your working week\nDon’t mind getting some exercise in your day, whilst moving stock and building displays\nAbility to utilise an iPad (supplied) and associated software and apps\nPrior experience applying effective manual handling techniques\nAn unrestricted driver's licence and access to a vehicle.\nAvailability on Wednesdays and Thursdays (essential).
