The role is predominantly focused on the development of new products or complex change to existing products. The Project Manager works closely with the entire cross functional team to deliver business results.\nThis is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.\nEssential Job Functions & Responsibilities:\nProject Management\nEnsure the successful and timely completion of multiple new product development projects occurring simultaneously through the MAGIC process.\nCreate project plans and timelines and deliverables to document scope, requirements, feasibility and risks for individual projects.\nDefine key milestones and risks where decisions are needed and manage the cross-functional team and business processes to ensure decisions are made on time.\nMaintain a thorough understanding of internal metrics and hold cross-functional teams accountable to the achievement of key results.\nManage project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.\nProcess Management\nCapture and maintain project data in the Product Lifecycle Management system to ensure team members can access current/latest project information.\nDevelop and track key performance measures and design and implement process changes to improve performance as needed and agreed.\nFacilitate consistent and productive communications between cross-functional team members and/or stakeholders, ensuring relevant and productive outcomes.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nSkills & Knowledge:\nHighly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nStrong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving initiative and capabilities\nUnderstanding of internal functional roles within a corporate and manufacturing environment\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills\nHands-on experience managing projects with multiple parties and complex timelines\nExperience with complex, multi-channel business in a fast-moving CPG environment\nCross-functional team management, demonstrating ability to collaborate with others to drive results, with regular interaction with Senior Management Team\nNew product development/commercialization, brand management or supply chain management experience in CPG industry (preferred)\nEducation:\nBachelor's Degree - Business, Engineering or other relevant discipline\nFormal project management training and/or education\nTotal Rewards:\nCompensation Range: $99,000.00-$127,000.00\nApplicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The company will not sponsor applicants for this position for work visas.\nLindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions.
