The role combines strategic thinking, category expertise and influential stakeholder engagement to drive market-winning outcomes.\nWe are on an exciting transformation journey and are seeking a forward-thinking category leader who will challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and uncover new opportunities for growth. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening Lindt's position as the category leader in premium chocolate, elevating category capability, thought leadership and customer partnerships through influential insights, strategic storytelling and impactful engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorking closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance and key retail customers to develop and execute category-led growth plans that strengthen Lindt's position as the category thought leader in premium chocolate.
