What You’ll Do
- Plan and virtually monitor warehouse processes to help ensure products are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor product flow and system performance to support operational throughput.
- Monitor system downtime and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Identify and help address system bottlenecks to maximize facility capacity.
- Troubleshoot equipment and system issues and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
- Participate in root cause analysis for complex control system and operational issues.
- Use warehouse control systems, operational data, and technology to identify issues and support solutions.
- Partner with Operations and Technical teams to develop and support best practices for automated warehouse operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and partners to keep issues moving toward resolution.
- Follow all Lineage safety standards, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse or similar environment.
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with automated systems, warehouse technology, and operational data.
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and help resolve equipment and process issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize competing responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across Operations and Technical teams.
- Comfortable being hands-on and active on the warehouse floor.
