In this role, you’ll plan and virtually monitor warehouse processes, support product flow, and troubleshoot equipment and system issues. You’ll be active on the warehouse floor and working side-by-side with Operations and Technical teams.\nYou’ll be joining a team that values Safe, Trust, Bold, Respect, Innovation, and Servant Leadership and understands that great results come from people working together.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPlan and virtually monitor warehouse processes to help ensure products are completed accurately and on time.\nMonitor product flow and system performance to support operational throughput.\nMonitor system downtime and identify opportunities to improve performance.\nIdentify and help address system bottlenecks to maximize facility capacity.\nTroubleshoot equipment and system issues and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve them.\nParticipate in root cause analysis for complex control system and operational issues.\nUse warehouse control systems, operational data, and technology to identify issues and support solutions.\nPartner with Operations and Technical teams to develop and support best practices for automated warehouse operations.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and partners to keep issues moving toward resolution.\nFollow all Lineage safety standards, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nAt least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse or similar environment.\nExperience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nStrong technical aptitude and comfort working with automated systems, warehouse technology, and operational data.\nAdvanced computer skills\nAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and help resolve equipment and process issues.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\nAbility to work through ambiguity, prioritize competing responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across Operations and Technical teams.\nComfortable being hands-on and active on the warehouse floor.\nWhy Lineage?\nThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
