Als Customer Service Representative ben jij de spil in ons logistieke en administratieve proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn van hun orders en dat alles rondom de opslag en het transport van hun goederen soepel verloopt. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, vervoerders en interne afdelingen, en je draagt bij aan een efficiënte planning en administratie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en plannen van klantorders in ons Warehouse management systeem.
  • Coördineren van transporten en opstellen van dagelijkse planningen.
  • Communiceren met klanten over orders, levertijden en specifieke verzoeken.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van eventuele logistieke uitdagingen of klachten.
  • Afstemmen met interne teams, zoals Front Office en Warehouse, voor een soepele operatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij baliewerkzaamheden indien nodig.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een klantgerichte, proactieve houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Nauwkeurigheid in administratief werk en een oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Ervaring in logistiek en/of customer service is een pre.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid in een dynamische werkomgeving.
