# Facility Maintenance Manager

Compensation & Benefits Anticipated Range: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance leader seeking a stable role where they can take ownership of an entire facility, leverage their ammonia refrigeration expertise, and play a critical role in the site's long-term success. This is an ideal role for a maintenance professional who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and the ability to make a direct impact. As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the on-site maintenance leader for a small, close-knit operation of approximately 10 employees. Rather than being one member of a large maintenance team, you will have full responsibility for the facility's maintenance strategy, reliability, compliance programs, and equipment performance.What You'll Be Doing In this highly visible role, you'll combine hands-on technical work with facility leadership responsibilities.
