In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple facilities across our British Columbia region.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLeadership & Team Development\nRecruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams\n\nProvide ongoing performance feedback to drive productivity and engagement\n\nBuild a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement\n\nLead within a unionized environment, partnering effectively with union representatives and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements\n\nOperational & Financial Performance\nDeliver on critical KPIs including Labor to Revenue (LTR), truck turn times, and customer service standards\n\nAnalyze warehouse activities and costs to identify process improvements\n\nManage budgets, capital expenditures, material handling equipment, and space utilization\n\nDrive bottom-line results through strategic planning and execution\n\nBusiness Growth & Customer Focus\nPartner with Sales to support marketing and new account strategies\n\nParticipate in prospecting, sales calls, rate development, contract negotiation, and closing\n\nStrengthen customer relationships and ensure service excellence\n\nSafety & Quality Excellence\nChampion food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance\n\nSupport proper receipt, storage, handling, and distribution processes\n\nEnsure employee health and safety in both cold and dry storage environments\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)\n\n4+ years of Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field\n\nStrong experience managing in a unionized environment (highly preferred)\n\nProven ability to develop and execute strategic and annual operational plans\n\nStrong financial acumen and cost management expertise\n\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies\n\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing and developing operational teams\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)\n\nStrong communication skills - able to present technical information to diverse audiences\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity\n\nThe compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.\nPay Range:$91,400.00 - $142,700.00Why Lineage?\nThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
