You will support our growing operation, working closely with our Lineage team and one of our key customers to help optimise stock, improve efficiency and support operational performance.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous stock control, inventory or warehouse experience who has a keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity within a fast-paced operation.\nWorking hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30\nSalary: Competitive salary depending on experience, paid monthly.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nIn this role you will complete varied tasks which include:\nWork closely with a key customer to monitor stock, picking activity and operational performance, using data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.\n\nAnalyse and optimise picking routes, product locations and slotting to improve productivity, reduce unnecessary travel and ensure fast-moving products are easily accessible.\n\nReview picking methods and processes to improve efficiency, including product grouping, route planning and reducing unnecessary product handling.\n\nEnsure pallets, totes and equipment are positioned effectively, supporting the marshalling of pallets and smooth day-to-day operations.\n\nMonitor replenishment requirements to keep forward-pick locations stocked, identify stockouts and coordinate replenishment outside peak periods where possible.\n\nInvestigate and support the resolution of stock discrepancies, with a particular focus on the key customer’s stock, while assisting with wider discrepancies where required.\n\nWork collaboratively with warehouse, operational and customer teams to implement continuous improvements, maintain accurate records and ensure all company, regulatory and safety standards are followed.\n\nWho we're looking for:\n1-2 years' experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse operations or a similar environment.
