Provide customer support for Lineage Transportation Team.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan and coordinate multiple customer orders daily, ensuring timely processing and shipment scheduling.\nManage meat order schedules and coordinate with production teams regarding product availability and order fulfillment.\nSchedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer and operational requirements.\nCommunicate directly with customers regarding order status, product availability, scheduling, and shipment updates.\nCoordinate export shipments, prepare required documentation, and ensure shipments are ready for inspections.\nReview and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs) and export paperwork.\nWork closely with warehouse, production, transportation teams, and carriers to resolve issues and prevent delays.\nPerform daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nMonitor transportation activities and assist with identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)\nHigh School diploma or GED.\n2+ years of experience in shipping, transportation coordination, logistics, or a related environment, or relevant certification.\nExperience with export documentation and/or meat production operations strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of meat processing, packaging, and production scheduling is a plus.\nUnderstanding of shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nExperience with transportation management systems or similar software preferred.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, carriers, and internal teams.\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nPay Range:$19.18 - $32.40Why Lineage?\nThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
