This role supports daily transportation operations by ensuring trip packages, shipment documents, and system records are complete, accurate, and properly archived.Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor the Logistics Associate focuses on documentation integrity, audit support, and administrative follow-through, enabling smooth execution and accurate reporting across transportation operations.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTrip Package & Documentation Management\nPrepare, assemble, and manage daily trip packages for drivers, owner-operators, and third party carriers.\nScan, index, and archive inbound and outbound shipment documentation.\nScan and archive Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and Bills of Lading (BOLs).\nEnsure all required trip and shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.\nData Accuracy & Audit Support\nPerform Provision audits and other data accuracy checks as required.\nValidate documentation and system records to ensure alignment with operational activity.\nIdentify data discrepancies, missing documentation, or errors and report issues for correction.\nSupport compliance with documentation, audit, and record retention requirements.\nOS&D, Service & Reporting Support\nSupport OS&D tracking and documentation by gathering and organizing required records.\nAssist with service-related reports by compiling documentation and supporting data.\nProvide administrative support for service investigations and follow-up as required.\nMaintain organized records to support internal and external reporting needs\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nSupport transportation operations with administrative tasks and reporting as required.\nAssist supervisors and managers with data preparation and documentation requests.\nMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.\nFollow established procedures and escalate issues when documentation standards are not met\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)\n1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, administrative, or operations support roles.\nStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.\nComfortable working with scanning systems, document management tools, and spreadsheets.\nAbility to manage routine tasks with consistency in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nSuccess Indicators\nComplete and accurate city trip packages.\nHigh documentation accuracy and audit pass rates.\nTimely scanning and archiving of PODs, BOLs, and shipment records.\nAccurate support of OS&D and service reporting.\nReduced rework and follow-up due to documentation or data errors.\nPourquoi Lineage ?\nC'est un excellent poste pour commencer votre carrière au sein de Lineage !
