In this role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and learning how to maintain the systems that keep our facility running safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have some experience with basic electrical troubleshooting and/or automation equipment.\nWhat You'll Do\nPerform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on facility equipment and building systems.\nAssist with maintaining conveyors, motors, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.\nLearn to inspect and maintain refrigeration systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.\nPerform preventative maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment.\nAt automated facilities, assist with troubleshooting and maintaining:Photoelectric sensors\nProximity switches\nPressure switches\nPush buttons\nBasic automation components and testing equipment\n\nUse hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.\nHelp keep equipment operating safely and efficiently while following all safety policies and procedures.\nComplete other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to continue learning.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTrade school education or some hands-on experience in one or more of the following:Industrial maintenance\nElectrical maintenance\nAutomation or controls\nBuilding maintenance\nMaterial handling equipment\nRefrigeration systems (Ammonia, Freon, or CO₂)\n\nBasic knowledge of electrical systems or automation components such as sensors, switches, relays, or motor controls is a plus.\nComfortable using hand and power tools.\nBasic computer skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work well on a team.\nEagerness to learn from experienced maintenance professionals.\nWork Environment\nWork in a cold storage environment with temperatures as low as -20°F (company-provided freezer gear and PPE are provided).\nLift up to 50 pounds.\nWork a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends, as needed.\nSome facilities may have elevated noise levels or require working at heights.\nWhy Join Lineage?\nPaid, hands-on training with experienced maintenance professionals.\nOpportunity to build skills in electrical systems, automation, refrigeration, and industrial maintenance.\nCareer growth opportunities with one of the world's largest temperature-controlled logistics companies.\nCompetitive pay, benefits, and a focus on employee development.\nPay Range:$19.90 - $33.61Why Lineage?\nThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
