This is your chance to be a key leader in a growing business, shape the culture, build high-performing teams and drive operational excellence from day one.\nIf you're a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating structure, developing people, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\nReporting to the General Manager - Convenience, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operation, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched while maintaining exceptional safety, quality and service standards.\nYou'll lead frontline teams, drive productivity outcomes, champion safety initiatives and create an engaged, high-performing workplace culture.\nWe have the following roster available:\nWeds to Sat - 9.30 to 19.30\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach and develop Team Leaders and warehouse team members\n\nDrive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability\n\nEnsure customer orders are delivered accurately, on time and in full\n\nManage labour, equipment and resources to meet operational requirements\n\nMonitor and improve productivity, service and cost performance through KPI management\n\nFoster continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives\n\nEnsure compliance with food safety, quality, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), HACCP and relevant legislative requirements\n\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams, customers, transport partners and stakeholders\n\nSupport workforce planning, training and capability development across the operation\n\nAct as a key leader within the site and provide operational support across shifts as required\n\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who enjoys leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.\nYou'll bring:\nExtensive experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing or transport\n\nExperience leading frontline operational teams in a fast-paced environment\n\nIn-depth knowledge of safety, compliance and warehouse best practices\n\nProven ability to manage performance through KPIs and operational metrics\n\nExperience with labour planning, resource allocation and productivity improvement\n\nSound understanding of MHE operations and traffic management principles\n\nExcellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn this role, you'll be known for:\nBuilding a safe and engaged workplace culture\n\nDelivering exceptional service to our customers\n\nDeveloping capable, motivated and high-performing teams\n\nDriving continuous improvement and operational efficiency\n\nPlaying a pivotal role in the successful launch and growth of Lineage's WA Convenience\n\nWhy Lineage?\nLineage is more than just a cold storage logistics business.
