Join Lineage as a Maintenance Technician and play an important role in maintaining the equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical components, and building infrastructure that support our operations.In this hands-on role, you’ll use your technical skills to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and complete repairs across a variety of systems. We’re especially interested in candidates with strong electrical and industrial maintenance experience. Experience with Freon refrigeration is helpful, and ammonia refrigeration knowledge is a plus.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, motors, wiring, and electronic components, including equipment operating at various voltages.\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance to help keep equipment operating safely and reliably.\nMaintain and repair industrial refrigeration systems, including Freon systems; ammonia or CO2 experience is beneficial.\nInspect, maintain, and repair material handling equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure.\nComplete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).\nConduct equipment inspections, identify potential issues, and communicate findings and repair needs to leadership.\nFollow all company safety procedures, electrical codes, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nWork with contractors as needed to support safe maintenance and repair activities.\nPerform work at elevated heights, including roof work, while following required safety procedures.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHands-on experience in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, or a related technical field.\nStrong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills; experience working with systems up to 480 volts is beneficial.\nExperience maintaining and repairing industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or facility equipment.\nFamiliarity with preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and work order documentation.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the maintenance team.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to document work accurately.\nA commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.\nComfort working at heights and performing roof work as part of regular job responsibilities.\nAdditional experience that’s helpful, but not required:\nIndustrial refrigeration experience, particularly Freon systems.\nAmmonia or CO2 refrigeration knowledge.\nForklift or other material handling equipment maintenance.\nExperience reading electrical schematics or Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).\nRefrigeration Operator I, CARO, or equivalent training. Candidates who do not yet have this qualification may have the opportunity to complete it after hire.\nRelevant hands-on experience, trade school, and related technical training will all be considered.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nThis is an active, hands-on maintenance position that includes working at heights and on rooftops. The role may involve lifting at least 40 pounds, operating motorized lifts, exposure to varying noise levels and temperatures, and wearing required personal protective equipment.
