Verify inventory and visually inspect shipments for quality.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nCarefully offload perishable commodities and segregate pallets by item count while verifying all items against the Bill of Lading (BOL) and receiving worksheets for accuracy\n\nInspect pallet and load integrity to ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the receiving process\n\nUp-stack and consolidate product as needed to maintain proper load stability and maximize storage efficiency\n\nShrink wrap pallets to prevent product shifting during transport and storage\n\nRead and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped\n\nIdentify and locate requested items within the warehouse using RF scanning systems and inventory tracking tools\n\nPerform pallet changeovers for picking and visually inspect products for damages, defects, or inconsistencies\n\nAccurately document and report damages or discrepancies to supervisors or team leads\n\nPack, seal, and label materials and pallets for shipping while verifying counts using RF scanning equipment\n\nCommunicate any product or material issues to leadership and follow direction to resolve them\n\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including end-of-shift housekeeping\n\nADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperate or assist with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery as required\n\nSupport overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes\n\nFollow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES\nAbility to identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers\nBasic understanding of inventory systems and RF scanning technology\nAbility to comprehend instructions in the country’s official language as defined by Lineage Logistics\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work in extreme environments ranging from -20°F (-25°C) in cold storage to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage, while wearing required PPE and freezer gear\nMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
