locations\nMaintaining an active presence on the shop floor and providing direct oversight of operations and performance\nManaging KPIs, budgets, and corporate reporting\nInitiating and implementing Lean and continuous improvement initiatives\nActing as a change manager for process improvements and organizational development\nEstablishing structure, standardization, and clear working methods\nHarmonizing processes between conventional and automated environments\nManaging projects such as system implementations and optimizations\nEnsuring safety, quality, and compliance\nBuilding a strong, engaged, and results-oriented culture\nExperience and skills:\nAt least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing\nExperience managing multiple sites is a strong plus\nHBO-level education and thinking\nStrong communication skills in Dutch and English\nDemonstrable experience with change management and process improvement (Lean)\nStrong at bringing structure and clarity to complex environments\nAnalytical and accustomed to making decisions based on data, KPIs, and reports\nHands-on mentality and visible leadership on the work
