We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with mechanical and electrical systems, and keeping a busy facility running safely and efficiently.Automation experience is a key part of this role, along with experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and material handling systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated equipment and industrial machinery\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems\nMaintain and repair ammonia, Freon, and/or CO₂ refrigeration systems\nMaintain building infrastructure and facility equipment\nPerform maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment\nDiagnose electrical and electronic components, motors, wiring, and controls\nComplete work orders and document all maintenance activities in the CMMS\nPerform inspections and communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to leadership\nUse motorized lifts and other equipment to safely access and maintain equipment\nSupport contractors working on or near refrigeration systems as needed\nFollow all company, regulatory, and safety requirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience with industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, processing, or material handling equipment, or a combination of experience and trade school\nAutomation experience strongly preferred, including at least 2 years of experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in an automated environment\nBasic electrical instrumentation experience\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical problems\nBasic ability to read P&IDs may be required at some locations\nComfortable using computers, including Word and Excel\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nComfortable working at heights and using lifts where required\nAble to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100°F while wearing required PPE\nAble to lift at least 40 lbs\nWilling to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed\nComfortable working in environments with varying noise levels\nWhy This Could Be a Great Fit\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting automation, working with their hands, and solving complex maintenance problems.
