This role supports daily warehouse operations by checking in drivers, verifying shipping documentation, coordinating appointments, and partnering with warehouse leadership to ensure freight is ready for scheduled pickup and delivery.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nWelcome and check in truck drivers upon arrival.\n\nVerify Bills of Lading (BOLs), appointments, and shipping paperwork for accuracy.\n\nSchedule and confirm inbound and outbound appointments with carriers.\n\nCoordinate with warehouse leadership to ensure shipments are ready for pickup and delivery.\n\nProcess customer orders, shipping transactions, and related documentation.\n\nRespond to customer and carrier inquiries regarding shipment status and scheduling.\n\nResearch and resolve shipping and documentation discrepancies with Operations and Inventory teams.\n\nMaintain organized and accurate shipping records and customer documentation.\n\nADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPartner with Inventory Control and Operations to investigate inventory discrepancies, misplaced product, and shipment variances.\n\nMaintain clear communication with warehouse leadership regarding appointment schedules, shipment priorities, and customer needs.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)\nHigh School diploma or GED may be required depending on facility\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required\n\nExcellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload\n\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite\n\nMay be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility\n\nPay Range:$16.97 - $28.65Why Lineage?\nThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
