Assign work to warehouse associates to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area \nHandle inbound and outbound paperwork (processing orders)\nCoaching & training team members\nProcess and coordinate shipping and receiving documents across several customers daily\nEnter customer and supplier information and inventory management data accurately\nSupport the arrangement of pick up/delivery appointments based on service and schedule requirements\nMaintain, generate, and audit driver logs and transportation reports\nInterface with internal customers daily and support initiatives as assigned by manager\nAssist with invoicing and account receivables collection\nReport defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective action in a timely manner\nManage warehouse associate responsibilities as needed including loading and unloading, forklift operation, product relocation, etc.\nHandle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections\nCheck inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity difference and quality issues where applicable \nMaintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service\nCoach and provide feedback to warehouse associates\nPerform assigned projects as instructed\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)\nAdministrative experience\nWMS \"AS400\" experience is a plus\nExperience with Material handling equipment\n3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment\nAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear\nMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility \nAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed\nMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud\nPay Range:$24.81 - $38.80Pourquoi Lineage ?\nC'est un excellent poste pour commencer votre carrière au sein de Lineage !
