Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness\nManage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory \nPlan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records \nTrack and send reports to designated plant personnel \nTrack warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products \nADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nWork with machinery and material handling equipment\nResolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization\nPerform assigned projects as instructed \nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)\n2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience \nExperience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)\nStrong conflict management skills\nAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear\nMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility \nAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed \nMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud \nThe compensation range for this job profile is $60,900 - 95,200. For this specific role we are targeting a base salary in the range of $68,000 to $75,000.\nThe compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.\nPay Range:$60,900.00 - $95,200.00Why Lineage?\nThis is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
