Engineering organizations use LinearB to improve their AI Leverage, Predictability, Efficiency, and Developer Experience by way of our Explore-Measure-Act methodology.\nLinearB is looking for an experienced, hands-on Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.\nIn this role, you will take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing activities, and Israeli payroll processes. You will work closely with our global Finance team, employees, vendors, banks, auditors, and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.\nThe ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced global technology company.\nResponsibilities:\nIndependently manage the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate books through trial balance.\nTake ownership of key month-end closing and consolidation activities, including bank, credit card, AR, AP, payroll, and fixed-asset reconciliations, as well as cut-off procedures, accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and allocations, through the preparation of the full balance sheet and P&L.\nManage intercompany transactions and reconciliations between global entities.\nManage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, and aging reports.\nPrepare supporting documentation for annual audits and tax filings.\nPrepare and submit reports to the Israeli National Insurance Institute, tax authorities, VAT authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies.\nSupport the development and implementation of new finance-related processes and system improvements to enhance the department’s workflows.\nManage payroll accounting and reconciliations for Israeli employees.\nCollaborate with the Finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in a similar position in aglobal high-tech company-a must\nCertified Bookkeeper type 3 or above\nExperience with tax compliance (including estimated payments, VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.).\nPayroll Accountant certification- an advantage.\nHands-on experience with Priority ERP and Shiklulit - a must\nExperience working with NetSuite - an advantage.\nAdvanced written and verbal communication skills in English\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel\nTeam player with great interpersonal skills\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy and accountability\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work\nLinearB Values:\nPut the Customer First\nTake Ownership\nOne Team\nShow Product Expertise\nBe Data Driven\nReach for the Next Level\nListen Curiously & Speak Courageously\nLinearB is an equal opportunity employer.
