This is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to convert to a full-time Linedata position based on performance and business needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams. The Operations Analyst will interact with clients and internal teams and will gain exposure to compliance, audit readiness, regulatory documentation, and global operations within the financial services industry.\nAbout the Role\nThe Operations Analyst will interact with clients and internal teams and will gain exposure to compliance, audit readiness, regulatory documentation, and global operations within the financial services industry.\nResponsibilities\nSupport client-facing administrative and operational processes\n\nParticipate in weekly status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nMaintain compliance trackers, calendars, documentation, and related operational records\n\nAssist with audit readiness and regulatory documentation, including KYC/AML and third-party documentation\n\nTrack user access, training requirements, reporting updates, and other client or operational requirements\n\nFollow up on outstanding items and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met\n\nCoordinate information across internal teams and support communication with clients\n\nCollaborate closely with Linedata's Global Services team\n\nAssist with additional operational and administrative projects as needed\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field required\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future\n\nStrong organizational and administrative skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nAbility to maintain accurate documentation and track action items\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\n\nExperience in operations, compliance, client services, or financial services is a plus\n\nExperience supporting audit, KYC/AML, regulatory, or third-party documentation processes is a plus\n\nRequired Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field required.\n\nStrong organizational and administrative skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nAbility to maintain accurate documentation and track action items\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in operations, compliance, client services, or financial services is a plus\n\nExperience supporting audit, KYC/AML, regulatory, or third-party documentation processes is a plus\n\nPay Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour\nWhy Join Linedata:\nSix-month contract-to-hire opportunity with potential conversion to a full-time position.
