Now help it build theirs.\nThe Operations Coordinator will help support the successful delivery of training programs by coordinating administrative, logistical, and customer-facing activities across campus and remote environments. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all students and external customers, ensuring a seamless experience from enrollment through program completion. They will partner with internal teams to maintain accurate records, coordinator schedules, support events, and deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.\n*FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION*MUST RESIDE LOCAL TO TRAINING CENTER*UP TO 10% TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED WITH THIS ROLE\nIn this position you will have the opportunity to:\nServe as the primary point of contact for students, customers, and visitors while delivering a high level of customer service and support throughout the training lifecycle.\nCoordinate enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing participation by ensuring all required documentation, records, and system entries are accurate and complete within timelines.\nMaintain and manage student and customer records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit-ready compliance with internal and external requirements.\nSupport the planning and execution of events such as orientations, graduations, career events, trainings, and community engagement activities.\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate training schedules across locations, including coordination of resources, travel, and logistics as needed.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to support program delivery, including tracking participation, progress, and completion metrics.\nManage incoming requests, documentation, and communications, ensuring proper routing, follow-up, and resolution.\nCoordinate distribution of materials, tools, and resources required for training and events.\nProvide general administrative and project support to leadership, including reporting, data tracking, and process improvement initiatives.\nRequired Education & Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED \nBachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative duties\nTechnical Requirements/ Core Competencies\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills.\nExperience with scheduling and logistics coordination.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nExperience with student information systems (SIS), CRM systems, or similar platforms.\nData entry and records management with high attention to detail.\nAbility learn and adapt to new systems and
