You will take on projects across recruiting, operations, research, and other areas of the business, often jumping into problems that do not yet have a clear owner or playbook.\nThe scope of the role will evolve quickly as Linero grows. At different points, you may spend the majority of your time focused on a single company priority, while at others you will work across several initiatives simultaneously.
