You will work closely with the CEO and engineering team to shape roadmap, priorities, and execution across an AI-native product with significant scope.\nOur product spans almost every aspect of enterprise operations across a broad range of industries and geographies. You will learn new domains quickly, engage with customers across the globe, synthesize varied and often competing needs, and work alongside technical experts to solve some of the hardest security and operational problems in enterprise software today.\nWe operate in environments where speed cannot come at the expense of precision. We are deploying rapidly while shaping workflows tied to highly sensitive technologies, regulated operations, and critical business functions. This role requires exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and a high degree of ownership.\nWhat You'll Own\nDrive the product roadmap across key areas of Linero's platform, translating product vision into clear, prioritized execution plans\n\nTranslate complex, nuanced customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications\n\nWork directly with engineering to define technical requirements, sequence priorities, and make hard tradeoff decisions\n\nConduct deep customer discovery across a diverse set of enterprise personas: engineers, product, legal, compliance, HR, InfoSec, procurement, supply chain, executives, and more\n\nDefine and track product metrics that matter\n\nBe the voice of the customer inside the engineering team, and the voice of engineering reality inside customer conversations\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of product management experience, with at least some of that at an early-stage company or in a high-ownership environment\n\nTechnical enough to earn the respect of a senior engineering team; you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're asking for\n\nExperience working on complex, workflow-heavy enterprise products with multiple user personas\n\nExceptional ability to synthesize ambiguity into clarity; you can take a messy customer conversation and turn it into a crisp problem statement\n\nStrong written and verbal communication; your specs are precise, your stakeholder updates are trusted, your prioritization decisions are well-reasoned\n\nFluency with AI-powered product tools; you leverage AI to accelerate prototyping, spec writing, customer research synthesis, and roadmap analysis\n\nExperience in national security, defense, legal, or highly technical enterprise domains is a strong plus\n\nA bias for action; you move fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and course correct quickly\n\nBased in or willing to relocate to New York City\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience\n\nEarly equity in a company with proven market demand and a clear growth trajectory\n\nComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision\n\nA high-ownership, high-autonomy environment where your work has direct and visible impact\n\nA leading role in one of the most consequential technology buildouts of our time\n\nEqual Opportunity & Eligibility\nLinero is an equal opportunity employer.
