For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients\nThe Opportunity\nIn this role you will:\nAct as the key account manager, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust.\nUse your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients.\nOversee key strategic client projects.\nCreate estimates and cost plans for key client developments.\nExpress high proficiency in Cost X & databooks.\nHave experience managing large teams.\nActively lead in the preparation of QTO for Cost Plans / BoQs.\nActively prepare a QAQC Plan / Manual and implement the same for the quality assurance for the project.\nExpress high proficiency in MEP packages and moderate knowledge of MEPF works.\nExpress basic knowledge of Procurement of global projects.\nHandle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones.\nActively help support Sales and Marketing.\nParticipate in drafting proposals to Clients.\nContribute to developing good client relationships that supports the business.\nImpart training to the Leaders & other team members.\nFoster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership\nLead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value.\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nHave a minimum 15 years of experience in cost management especially pre cons works, ideally from a consultancy background, on large scale construction projects ideally in data center, oil and gas, or life sciences projects.\nA minimum of 4 years of past work experience required on Cost X (or Planswift / Cubicost /Candy / ZW CAD).\nHave experience and confidence to lead a business, build a team and develop trusted client relationships.\nHave a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.\nAre currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already).\nAre chartered or are on the path to complete it.
